UK shipping

UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.50.

We aim to ship all items as soon as possible and items will be sent by first class - when you receive your notification that your item has been shipped, it will be with you very shortly (in most cases next day - so keep those puppy eyes peeled!).

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

Ireland

Shipping to Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £6.00. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

International shipping

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £15.00. We aim to despatch items as soon as possible, though are unable to provide specific estimates of time for delivery (as this depends on the destination). 

Please note that we cannot cover any taxes that may be due upon arrival. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you've changed your mind, or if the product isn't a pawfect fit, you can return your items to us within 14 days of purchase. To receive a refund, the product will need to be unworn, unwashed, and pet hair free. If you'd like to exchange your product, please make sure you inform us of your order number and the size you'd like to receive. We'll then make sure to get that all sorted for you.

If you choose to return or exchange, you'll need to cover the postage costs - please email us at store@ralphandpippa.com for the return address. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
